I went to a site www.motiondirect.com.au and dealt straight with the lender. My experience with brokers is they are hopeless.

We had it good last year during the GFC, for those of us not on a Fixed Rate Mortgage, and of course the rates are only going to go up now... Have you seen today's paper? Huge stories about the values of homes increasing.

Can you tell me that what kind of loan do you get to fix up a new home you just purchased?I am purchasing a foreclosed home and the previous owners took the kitchen cabinets and counter tops. Now my banker says I can't get additional money to purchase what i need to fix the kitchen. So my question is where do I get a loan for that?.

I am in the mortgage business and i think it is insane the amounts of money people are paying for a unpredictable outcome. It is time consuming but you can do it yourself! If you are doing a short pay refinance you will need the assistance of a licenses loan agent.Well any suggestions for this.
